Four steps
How to apply
Applying doesn't commit you to anything until you sign an enrolment contract. Even then you have four business days to change your mind.
- Talk to the college. A conversation about what you want to do and whether a program fits, on the phone or in person.
- Send your documents. Your transcript or equivalency, English test results if they apply, and any clearances your program needs. Requirements by program →
- Interview. A conversation with a college representative. Every program with published requirements includes one.
- Sign your enrolment contract. Alberta requires the standard student enrolment contract. It sets out the program, the hours, every fee, the refund schedule and the complaint process. Read it before you sign. You have four business days afterwards to cancel and get everything back, including the registration fee.
